This course is the 2nd of 4 in a series leading to a master Extrication certificate. The operations level will cover: Size-up existing and potential conditions, identifying victim locations, making the area safe by stabilization of the vehicle and isolation of the hazards, dealing with fuel release, victim protection, victim access, disentanglement of victims, mitigation of special hazards. This is a hands on course.
